At Iris Galerie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and art pieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
